Chef Tanya
Since the astrological sign for the month of Adar is fish (Pisces) we celebrated with a Sushi-Making class. Our sushi chef, Chef Tanya, taught us the sushi-making proccess as we each made our own rolls and learned insights about the holiday of Purim.
